Customer Service Representative (m,f) Finance: German or Swedish (Callcenteragent/in)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide customer support and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and social media channels
- Assist customers with questions related to financial products, payments and account services
- Investigate customer queries and provide accurate, solution-oriented assistance
- Maintain professional and high-quality communication across all customer interactions
- Accurately document customer cases and relevant information
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams
- Meet defined quality and productivity KPIs
- Deliver customer support in line with internal processes and quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Native or fluent German or Swedish speaker
- Good command of English
- Completed secondary education
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- Good computer and technology skills
- Strong customer interaction and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Friendly, reliable and customer-oriented personality
- Clean criminal record
- Willingness to relocate to and work on-site in Larnaca, Cyprus
- Flexibility to work rotational schedules, including weekends.
